Description

Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo, steps away from the emerald green water and sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably sleep up to four guests. It features a full kitchen with granite countertops and seating for two at a breakfast bar. The living room is bright, surrounded by windows and is furnished with a comfortable couch, additional seating and a flat screen tv. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach with lounge seating.

Down the hall is a workspace and bedroom with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen television. There is also a private bathroom in the hall featuring a bathtub/shower combo.

Ascend the winding staircase to find the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens to a private balcony overlooking the pristine emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a stacked washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm.

"The condo was exactly as described in appearance. Not really a fan of spiral staircases, but we got used to it, and having two balconies looking over the beach was really nice. The sunshades on the balcony helped keep the temperature inside nice while it was 100 degrees outside. The living room furniture and master bed were very comfortable. The kitchen is well laid out with good appliances. Could use more and bigger coffee cups, but that's more of a quibble than a complaint. The location of the condo complex was very good. Close enough to all the goings-on, but far enough away that it wasn't always a traffic jam trying to get out of the parking lot. The one thing we didn't like was the air conditioning in the upstairs master suite. There was a wall unit that struggled to keep up with the heat and didn't really air condition the bathroom very well. Aside from that, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it."
