Description

Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm.

"This place is in a perfect location with walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is beautiful and the fact that it has a balcony on the beach side was awesome to be able to sit with a cocktail and enjoy the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. we also liked that it is in a gated community. Check-in was seamless and everyone was very professional and friendly. This was the first time that my husband and I traveled to Pansecola and hopefully won’t be the last and would rent it again. Highly recommend."

Everything was perfect and exactly as described, the only thing would be the kitchen. If you plan to cook while staying here, I would definitely recommend going to the grocery store prior as there are not a whole lot of supplies, but this was not a big deal at all."
