The main floor living, dining and kitchen areas are designed to maximize the gorgeous Gulf views and flow together to encourage socializing while easily accommodating a variety of activities for large and small groups. Floor-to-ceiling doors open from the living room to a large balcony, a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to create gourmet meals with luxury features such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The balcony with a built-in cook center has plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing.

This unit participates in the clean comforter program ensuring your linens are fresh upon every stay. The condo boasts a dreamy Gulf front primary suite with a king bed and a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. Another maritime-inspired bedroom features a queen bed, and an additional bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest rooms have unobstructed views of the sound and have en-suite bathrooms.

The condo is equipped with flat-screen TVs in all rooms, a washer and dryer, and WiFi.

When you stay here, you can go everywhere. This space is conveniently located within walking distance of dining, shopping and entertainment options, making this locale one of the most popular areas on the beach.

"Beautiful condo, amazing view, nice kitchen with pretty much everything you need if you like to cook. We loved going to sleep with the door open to the balcony and listening to the waves. We spent a good part of each day on the balcony. The birds flew by at our level. The beach was beautiful, so nice to have the chairs and umbrella included. Bring beach towels, there are no beach towels provided. We found a couple favorite restaurants that we walked to every night. I hope to go back. We were traveling with our teenage son and he loved it also."

"The place was fantastic with amazing views of the beach and everything you would need to stay comfortable while away from home. The pictures and description of the location were spot on and yet when we walked in we were still blown away by the view! The master bed was comfortable, the kitchen spacious and fitted with the cookware essentials, all spaces spotless clean, and the staff that operate the full condo towers were incredibly helpful during our stay as well. We love the beach but did appreciate the indoor pool which we found helpful as we stayed during a colder week. Family time begins at noon however which was a bummer with a toddler who naps in the afternoons, but understandable for adult-only lap time for other local residents and visitors. My husband and I agree that we would definitely come back (and we are picky when it comes to a home away from home)!"
